operabianca will be in residence at Teatro Luca Ronconi in Gubbio for the second step of the project Rhinoceros Milk. The work will be centred around texts by Heiner Müller, Karol Wojtyla and Don deLillo. The actors Mauro Sole and Chiara Tomei will be involved.

Rhinoceros Milk is an interdisciplinary project about the history of Europe.
From Napoleon’s campaigns, through Nazism, until today, the artistic investigation follows the obscure and repressive forces throughout our history. Europe is now just a failed utopia of peace: a huge crater in which everything that has been built has then been destroyed.

AllMenLiveSo is a theatrical performance based on Shakespeare’s Richard III, act 1, scene 2. Through research on body movement we’ll dissect the contraposition of genders, the horror of loneliness and the blackmail as expression of evil. Two dancers will participate at the project.
